Overview
At Khajoor Mart, customer satisfaction is important to us. Our refund and return policy is valid for 48 hours (2 days) from the date and time of delivery. After 48 hours have passed, we will not be able to offer a refund or replacement.
To be eligible for a return or replacement, the product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received, along with the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, perishable food items such as dates (khajoor), dry fruits, and other edible items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of damage or incorrect delivery.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Perishable food products
- Opened or used food packages
- Gift cards
- Sale or discounted items
- Products damaged due to improper storage by the customer
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Mandatory Condition:
You must share clear images of the damaged product along with the original packaging within the 48-hour time limit. Claims without images or without original packaging will not be accepted.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.
Proof of Purchase
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any refund or replacement request.
Please do not send the product back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once your claim is approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Recheck your bank account
- Contact your payment provider or bank

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted items are strictly non-refundable.
Exchanges
We replace products only if they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
To request an exchange, email us at infokhajoormart@gmail.com with order details and required images.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift, approved refunds will be issued as store credit. If not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
Shipping & Returns
If a return is approved, return instructions will be shared by email.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is from our side
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
